I grew a business and raised babies at the same time, all while being married to a man who seemingly drinks jet fuel. Still, I had my own experiences in struggling with confidence. If you've ever looked like you were winning on the outside but felt discouraged and unworthy on the inside, you've been there too.

Today I'll reveal how you can build self-worth that doesn't rely on approval from anybody else (or validation from your achievements). Who you are is already good enough, but the more you learn to validate yourself, the more the world will reflect that back to you.
