Greg Hawthorne Jr. is a Certified Athletic Trainer who has taken his experience working with professional, collegiate, and military organizations into the private practice sector. He is also an educator working as an adjunct Professor at Mercer University in the Masters in Athletic Training program, as well as an instructor for AMP Education Mentorship Program. Greg uses a model that blends newer age thought processes from mentors like Bill Hartman, PRI, and FAS with more historic sports medicine and Strength and Conditioning practices. The understanding that we are all uniquely the same and taking each individual has an N=1 sample plays a large part in his practice and instruction. He has recently been challenging the conventional thoughts on muscle physiology and its role in training programming and adaptations
