Recruiting the ‘right’ people, and keeping the right people is an ongoing challenge we all face when running any size business.

The goal is to not be at the whim of people leaving your practice, where you have to recruit in a knee jerk manner. This always results in productivity headaches because when someone leaves you've got to spend time recruiting to get people on board and it takes time to train them and get them up to speed. Jackie is a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), holds an MBA from QUT, a Cert IV in Training & Assessment, and accreditation as a facilitator of ‘Extended Disc’ Psychometric Employee Profiling.
