此外，我还要分享一个关于学习英语的小技巧：不要只专注于背单词，而是要找到关键词，然后用这些词来灵活表达自己的想法。使用AI工具进行反思也很重要。

Hello everyone! In this podcast episode, I want to share with you how I improve my English proficiency through work. As an English user, I hardly memorize vocabulary anymore, but my English level is still pretty good. This is mainly because my job provides me with plenty of opportunities for listening, speaking, reading, and writing. I spend about one to two hours in meetings every day, discussing and debating topics, as well as handling emails and Slack messages.
