Who are Rob Morrison & Deane Hutton? I'm glad you asked. Rob and Deane are two legendary scientists and science communicators from Adelaide, Australia.

For 18 years, they brought science to the living rooms of my country as hosts of “The Curiosity Show”.

Absolute pioneers in kids television, they assumed intelligence of their audience and brought complicated concepts to life with simple and practical demonstrations using every day household objects.

The show did what it says on the box - it encouraged curiosity.

To be ok with the feeling of not knowing why something is the way it is, and using that feeling to drive an exploration towards an answer.

Wearing turtlenecks, with great moustaches and all to the soundtrack of some excellently odd Synthesisers - these guys paved the way for the megastars of science communication today.
