Money. Money. Money. You might not even be aware of some of your beliefs, and how they're holding you back from what you really want. Many of the lessons I learned about money originally came from my parents, both from their words and their actions. For many of us, money can be triggering because of our memories and beliefs. 

In this episode, we’re taking a look at money mindset and how some small shifts can help you build a more successful and profitable business.

• Talking about money can be uncomfortable, however it’s in this place of discomfort that real growth and learning occurs.

• We all have what I call a “Money Ceiling” and you might be hitting it each time you reach a new level of success. This is a time to level up your money mindset for the next level. (I share a story when I hit my Money Ceiling hard!)

• Look at money as an exchange of energy for something you want or need like hiring a coach for support in your business or a house cleaner, which free up time to work on your business or quality time with the kiddos.

• A tip to reframe your money fears, so that you can free yourself to receive more of the income you desire.
