Just because it is common to feel exhausted doesn't mean its normal.

 

In this week’s episode, Brooke talks about feeling sleep deprived chronically and how it is not normal to feel exhausted all the time. She gives you things to look for in your daily life to that could be the cause of your exhaustion and she gives you tips on how to correct it.
