This week we are joined by KIRA WEST, Wellness Blogger and Digital Content Creator. Kira is a Brooklyn raised New Yorker working full time in tech and travel.  She uses her blog, ByKwest, as an outlet for her two greatest passions: Fitness and Travel and she is dedicated to making Wellness inclusive.  

In this episode, we discuss how Kira developed her love for travel and fitness and started her blog from the ground up, how she chooses which brands to work with, how she is staying balanced during quarantine, and why wellness is a RIGHT, not a privilege.

We dive deep into what it means to be an ally, right now and every day, how we should all continue to show up for the black community, and the idea of progress over perfection and collaboration over competition.
