Having trouble switching off at night? This short breath work meditation is designed to help you release the tension and worries of the day so you can drift into deep, restful sleep.

Inspired by how many of you tell me you like to listen to my meditations at night. This is the first of the Sleep Well Series — a collection of mini bedtime rituals to help you train your mind and body to unwind and sleep deeply. Each session is short enough to listen to in bed, just before you turn out the lights.  You could also use it for a mini break to relax whenever you wish.
