Chris Rackliffe is an anxious attachment style coach, mental health advocate and author. His experiences of his parents divorcing, sexual abuse and family addition issues led to his own issues surrounding attachment which set him on a path of self-healing. Now, through his books, talks, and TikTok community of nearly 100,000 people he spreads messages of acceptance, healing and growth, with his sole purpose being to bring people peace, perspective and power through their struggles.
