Welcome back to the Driven Young Podcast and today I am joined by a really good friend of mine, Pace Randolph.

Pace is a super talented musician and artist who has build a following over 100,000 followers online. Even though we only met about 5 months ago, he has become a really close friend of mine and I am so excited for this episode.

This is a really interesting episode, to date it is my longest episode and the majority of it is Pace sharing his story. He shares his story of becoming a musician, moving to Europe, learning a new language, having a fresh restart, dealing with self-doubt, and struggling with imperfection. through this story I point out many lessons we can take away and I just find it really fascinating if I am being honest.

We then shift gears and start talking about growing on TikTok. Pace has been and still is one of the only people I know personally who has been grinding on TikTok to grow his brand and reach new people, as a result, we often bounce ideas and workshop together. He shares an incredible inititive he created, how he approached the platform, his new series that is getting millions of views and how he was able to get in contact with Adam Levine from Maroon 5 and then have Adam invite him to perform with the band.
