In our chat, he shares the tricks and tactics he used to stand out from the crowd, gaining the respect he needed to handle the big jobs and be respected as a young head in the game.

These days, Jimmy also runs a massive business Instagram account (clocking in at 47.1k followers) where he shares everything going on day-to-day in the life of one of Australia's busiest earthmovers.
