Dr Cathleen King graduated with a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Pacific University in 2003 with post-graduate training in orthopedic manual therapy and specializing in somatic movement and neuroscience. Now, she brings evidence-based science, quantum energetics, and profound personal experiences together in her trainings and programs. This includes neuroplasticity based healing methods and limbic system rewiring programs. She suffered for over a decade with debilitating chronic infections and sensitivities (Lyme, mold, chronic fatigue, etc) which brought her to be an ancestral chain breaker and has awakened her into True Self alignment. She has a drive for truth and freedom and has Created COMMUNITY to support those on their transformational path with her program Primal Trust.
Primal Trust level one helps you to learn the tools to CALM the overactive limbic system and IMPROVE Nervous System Capacity for Stress and Emotional Processing using Polyvagal Theory, Neuroplasticity- Brain Rewiring, Somatic Movement and Presence practices, Vagus Nerve Retraining, and Energy medicine practices
Level 2 is a live mentorship that takes Brain Retraining to the next level, this program goes deep into the Hero’s Journey, True Self Discovery and Purposeful living. It incorporates a 3 pillared approach of Brain Retraining/Nervous System Regulation, Structured Action and resolving/dissolving resistance.
Level 3 is Living Alchemy Teachings and ongoing training and mentoring by Dr. Cat and several other Mentors. A variety of HEALING MODALITIES are offered through weekly live classes for all levels. Bi-weekly advanced Brain Rewiring Attunements by Dr. Cat continues to strengthen the re-patterning of the Primal Trust Mentorship. Ongoing live group mentoring from leading experts in: Primal Trust Career Building Illness Recovery Self Development Intimacy Grief Processing Empath Management Nervous System Regulation
