Happy New Year to you! Girl, we made it to 2023. I'm hoping that you had the chance (to slow allll the way down during the holidays so that you could recharge your internal battery.

On the first episode of the new year I'm sharing seven things that I wish for you. Truthfully there are hundreds if not thousands of things that I wish for you, for me, for us. I tried my best to pare it down into a small list. Consider this part of our liberation list. Err..that's a work in progress. But how amazing would it be to have a liberation list for Black women. Maybe thats a work in progress. Anyway, on to todays episode!
