Shon goes down to Texas for Tougher Mudder and decides whether or not Tough Mudder has gotten their act together for the 2018 season yet! Angela talks about her experience running two laps at Savage Race in Maryland for the Savage Syndicate medal. Lastly we hear a bit about Ruban's Run that Angela helped organize for some of her students!
