Dr. Ashurina Ream (known as @psychedmommy everywhere) is back on the podcast today. Dr. Ream is a psychologist who is certified in perinatal mental health. 

We covered SO many important topics in this interview. We spent the first half of the podcast talking about body image- diving into specifics about why many women struggle with this and what you can do to start improving yours. Before focusing on perinatal mental health- Dr. Ream specialized in helping people with eating disorders- so she brought a ton of valuable insight into the conversation. We also cover miscarriage- something that SO many women go through, but a topic that isn't talked about often. Lastly, we finish up with the overwhelm of motherhood and what you can do about it.
