What others say about you has nothing to do with you personally.

Too many times I see people taking feedback as a personal judgment on them and their character. That’s not what feedback is at all and it took me a long time to understand that. 

Today, I see feedback through a different lense and it’s the way I support my clients in reviewing feedback as well. I’ll take you BTS as I review feedback from a recent presentation and you’ll hear what I’ll do next time as a result of one person’s honest feedback.
