Today on the show, we are joined by Erik Salzenstein. Erik battled addiction, anxiety and greed before facing the worst day of his life when he was sent to prison for 4-years.

However, whilst inside Erik was determined that there was more out there for his life. Between reading books, running masterminds for other prisoners, working out, meditating, re-wiring and re-creating himself on the inside, by the time it came around to be released Erik had completely transformed himself.
