Today we are chatting with Jacquie Smith, integrative health coach and founder of Little Adapts by Jax, a holistic health and fitness program based on the premise that small changes can lead to big results. Jacque has her teaching certifications in barre and yoga and studied holistic nutrition at IIN. She is also trained in pre and post-natal fitness methods and she has various different health coaching programs to fit specific needs for brides-to-be, moms-to-be, and anyone who wants to improve their relationship with nutrition, health, and fitness.
In today's episode, Jacquie tells us all about her own personal health journey and how she was inspired to develop a healthier lifestyle. She explains how she turned her passion for health and fitness into a career and how she continues to evolve her career with her own life. We also talk about how she met her husband, and why they needed a breakup to improve their relationship.
