Craig Fischer and his family have a long history in agriculture in South Central Minnesota. They have a background in crop and dairy production, but chose a different route by raising pastured hogs, poultry and bison on their family farm. He talks about how he got into it, and why as well as some neat facts on the bison industry and building a direct market.
