Amy Mower came to running a bit later in life and took to it fantastically. She has an impressive resume and is highly competitive yet also a really nice person- seriously, no douche canoeing here! Here her stories of racing at Across the Years, the Pistol in Tennessee, what it's like to run 875 miles in a single month(!) and some amazing performances at the NJ Three Days at the Fair.
