Kirsten is an undergraduate student completing a dual Bachelor of Journalism and Bachelor of Science (Zoology major) who plans to break the mould of Science Communication and documentary filmmaking.

Now that is very niche so why have I got Kirsten on the podcast? Well, this weeks episode is all about self-discovery as well as finding your feet in STEM. Which stands for Science Technology, Engineering and math.

Kirsten is unique because she decided to go to university at 26 years old and she actually created her own degree in a sense. She discovered two things she is passionate about, science and communication and studied those two subjects creating her own felid in a sense.

Today we talk about what Kirsten did before she was 26, how much travelling changed her life, how to get into STEM in non traditional ways, how to discover what to do with your life and immediate next steps to take and so much more.
