When you look at your external world and the things that fill it up does it align with who you are and what you desire most? Is there alignment there? Or does your environment feel heavy, cluttered, and disorganized and you find yourself asking “Why do I have this?” “What is this doing for me?” “What did I even buy this for?” We live in a culture obsessed with stuff and with acquisition and we've reached a tipping point where our physical possessions have become more suffocating than liberating. At a certain point, our clutter starts to cost us in more ways than one and we reach a point where the things that we consume end up consuming us. We become more concerned with numbing ourselves out with stuff rather than living conscious lives.
