9. Macronutrients Matter: The Key to Optimal Nutrition

Today’s episode is a super important one and is quite literally the key to achieving optimal nutrition and thus overall wellness. Macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats) are essential components of a healthy diet as they provide the body with the energy it needs to function properly. Each macronutrient plays a specific role in maintaining health. Having a balanced intake of macronutrients is important for maintaining overall health and preventing chronic health conditions.

  • What macronutrients are and why they are important
