Being open or closed are words that relates to the hips, but show in the physical body.
To be open is to be vulnerable.
To protect our vulnerability we close down emotionally ,verbally and physically containing the feminine power within.
The energy that wants to express a boundary is silenced, instead the body manifests the boundary physically.
