We took it easy on the traveling for this episode and covered the Bridgewater Police 5k as well as the Houghton's Pond Trail Race! Katelyn, Meagan, Shae, and Mike all give recaps of the road race in Bridgewater, MA, you'll hear from a police podium, some Colonial Road Runners, as well as Rebekah Caylor the race director and Chief of Police Officer Delmonte!

For Houghton's Pond Trail Race we were able to get more podium interviews because we didn't run the trail race ourselves and you'll hear from elites like Deanna Nappi, Mark Z, Joanna Dahl, and more! Coverage of this event also includes an interview with the trail loving race director John Goldrosen!

Next weekend Jason will be running Rugged and Raw in Dallas, TX while Kay and John crush the BAA Half Marathon in Boston, MA!
