In this week's EVOX episode I start by sharing some interesting stress response patterns I have noticed in myself over the last few weeks. I talk about the stress states of hyperarousal and hypoarousal as well as nervous system dysregulation. Then we dive into the EVOX session and I share some of the deeper emotions I feel have been surfacing over the last three weeks as I continue to address this back injury. I connect these emotions with how I was feeling around the time of the initial back injury back in 2017 and even further back into childhood.
