Those among us with Expressive social styles are often the strongest energy in the room. They enjoy involvement, excitement and lots of interpersonal interaction.

Moreover, they tend to make friends easily because they’re very sociable, they enjoy stimulating conversation, and they’re enthusiastic and good at involving and motivating others.

Despite these admirable qualities, Expressives are often  perceived by others as excitable, impulsive, undisciplined, dramatic, manipulative, ambitious, egotistical and overly reactive. Other than that — they’re great people.
