Today on the show we are joined by Mark 'Billy' Billingham MBE.

Mark is an ex SAS mountain troop specialist who was responsible for planning and executing strategic operations and training at the highest level.

He was also the body guard to numerous high profile people including hollywood stars and political figures, as well as being heavily involved with charity work including the response to the Haiti earthquake.

Mark can currently be seen as one of the stars of Channel 4's hit show, 'SAS: WHO DARES WINS' alongside Ant Middleton and former quests of the Freedom Pact podcast, Ollie Ollerton & Jay Morton.
