'The Go-Giver' by Bob Burg & John David Mann is a business parable about how the secret to success is giving. Paradoxically the more you give in life, the more you get. I cannot tell you how it works but I am living proof of this, the more I've been giving to the world the more I've been getting. This book sums this up very well and is a great way to understand the concept.
