There is no denying we are in an extraordinarily tough season. And, it can feel impossible to pull ourselves out of it.
During challenging seasons, it is crucial that you maintain a growth mindset. While it’s important to acknowledge what is happening in the world around us, it is also critically important to maintain habits that allow you to tap into hope and possibility regularly.
