We all have an inner mean girl inside of us that is keeping us small, stuck, and broke. Your inner mean girl is a bully because she tricks you into thinking that staying where you are is the safest bet. She tells you that your future potential is dictated by your past results and experiences. She lies to you and tells you what she knows you need to hear in order to act against your own financial well-being. She keeps you engaging in behaviors and habits that feel good in the moment but aren't beneficial for you long-term. Your brain is a bully, and it's time that we all confront our inner mean girl and bring her out into the light so she stops having so much power over us.
