Mental wellness entails being relaxed, reflective, and creative, free from chronic worry, anxiety, or depression. Physical wellness involves having joyful energy and vibrancy, enabling us to perform tasks and feel healthy. Spiritual wellness, on the other hand, encompasses feeling connected to something greater than ourselves and finding purpose in the universe or a higher power.
