Cariole Horne wins a long-fought battle for justice! A New York State Supreme Court ruling reinstated the pension of the former Buffalo police officer who was fired after intervening when she says an officer put a man in a chokehold in 2006. Ms. Horne will receive a full pension, and backpay and benefits.
