Not shy to practice what she preaches, Sally has pushed herself to compete in power lifting comps & has undergone prep for a bikini comp to ensure she further develops her knowledge while testing herself along the way.

Lisa Trujillo is a well known face in the fitness industry.

First known for her cheerful spirit around local gyms, she decided to take her passion to the next level & build and active wear brand. 

The brand better known as, Lisa Trujillo Active Wear, has become extremely popular rivalling the big international brands here in Australia while kitting out the likes of PR queen Roxy Jacenko & many more.

Leveraging the success of her first business, Lisa has gone on to host womens empowerment seminars, launch a swim wear brand, run children's workshops & continue to keep her followers fit via online boot camps & challenges.

An ever present hip hop & sports culture in the shop coupled with an impressive skillset are no doubt the reason he has attracted the likes of LaMelo Ball & other athletes into his chairs.

From humble beginnings hustling out of his garage to now having his own shop and huge client base from all around the world I am proud to see my barber, now mate, create a business that he is extremely passionate about & have the success that he deserves.

Joe Daymond is an all round funny mother f**cker.

Ben Seymour is an athlete by definition.

Former professional rugby player in Australia, New Zealand, France & Italy, Bens former life was the building block for a big career in the fitness world.

Not only is Ben a highly regarded trainer, but rather his competitive nature and edge for competition lives on in the form of ultra endurance events. 

Benny has travelled around the world to compete in events that require absolute dedication and true grit. Events that no un-trained or average athlete could comprehend. 

Working out of Be Fit in Double Bay & co-owner of the Prahran, Melbourne franchise, Ben uses the knowledge acquired through his own fitness journey to inspire & train clients to achieve their health & fitness goals.

Cyrus began his music career playing covers on Facebook & Youtube. A few years later, the opportunity to audition for X-factor Australia was sprung on him in 2015.

After auditioning, Cyrus became a household favourite and went on to win the series, securing a contract with Sony Music. 

Some years later & Cyrus is now an independent artist. Pursuing more of the things that make him happy & fulfil his passion for music. He spends his days writing & producing music for and alongside other talented artists & is excited to announce 2 projects of his own that are in the works.

Talent aside, Cyrus is a very humble human being & has an amazing personality. I wish him all the success he deserves & I hope you all enjoy this chat as much as we did.

The current COVID-19 crisis has caused panic and pain world wide.

Financially these times are tough for both individuals and small business. Physically this will sadly takes innocent lives and affect the elderly/immune compromised. Mentally this will test all of us with the change of our regular day to day routines.

HOWEVER,

Amongst the madness there is hope. For every challenge we encounter together we will come out the other side as better connected beings to appreciate the freedom and beautiful lives we all have the opportunity to lead.

This isn't a Corona Virus podcast, it is a message of HOPE.

Ben streamed in from his home in Belfast, Norther Ireland for this episode of the experience.

I first come across Ben a few years back. At first I was impressed with his unbelievable physique & athleticism before becoming completely inspired by the knowledge he also suffered from Cystic Fibrosis like myself.

Having a striking resemblance to Australia's very own Chris Hemsworth and the physique of a superhero, Ben took to social media dressed as Thor and has since been regarded by many of his followers as Cystic Fibrosis' very own superhero.

Ben has used his social media platform to inspire children & adults alike to be proud of their Cystic Fibrosis and many others to improve their health.

With this episode we hope to inspire others and I highly recommend anyone with CF to join Ben on social media and at his new website CFSTRENGTH.COM.
