Ryan Tuckwood is an incredible mind.
He is a father, public speaker & world class trainer promoting honesty & integrity in sales.
Ryan & his business partner Jack Corbett are the brains behind ISR Training & The SWISH Movement. SWISH is an acronym for selling with integrity & selling honestly. An ethos that it is easy to get behind because we all know a salesperson that has lacked both of those qualities.
Now 6 years into their ISR journey, it was in 2018 that Ryan & Jack levelled up. After a successful pitch on the popular Australian TV series shark tank landed them the investment & guidance of 3 sharks.
One thing I love about Ryan is he invests in himself. A strong believer in self development, Ryan conquered his fear of public speaking to stand & deliver on nearly 200 occasions in 2019.
In this episode we reflected on Ryan's journey. We discussed business growth, mastering the art of sales & the qualities of a true professional. However, for me, the greatest takeaway from this conversation was what Ryan calls 60 second integrity. The theory that he is now developing into a book focuses on the impression we leave with each person we interact with. The notion that at any given time the next person you meet or speak with could positively change your life forever.
A genuinely great human being who I felt an honest connection with throughout this episode. I look forward to continually learning from Ryan & I hope you enjoy our chat.

Dom Gauci is my new favourite artist.
Creating art from pop culture, Dom's style is described as geometric illustration.
Based out of Melbourne, Australia, DG Designs was born in NYC. After hustling on the side for 2 years, Dom has spent the past 2 working at her business full time.
Her talent has lead to collaborations with KIA at The Australian Open, Richmond Tigers, The Block, Barbie & many more.
In search for a fresh & upgraded look for 'The Bradley J Dryburgh Experience' I kept coming back to Dom's work & I am excited to launch the new look on Monday the 20th of July 2020.
I see an unbelievably bright future for this talented human being. Dom's kind heart & great personality combined with her artistic touch will continue to see her win in life.
Follow @domgauci_designs on IG to see her work & find her website link in the bio.
I hope you enjoy listening to this episode as much as I did hosting it.
Big love, Brad.

Eloni Vunakece is the definition of an all rounder.
Debuting for the Sydney Roosters at 28 years of age, Eloni embodied the work ethic of an old school footy player.
Waking at 3:30am to have his breakky before working on the garbage run in the mornings, the football world was astounded by the story of a hard working guy supporting his family & following his dreams along the way.
Whilst it was the first time that many of us would hear the name Eloni Vukanece, it definitely would not be the last, nor was it the beginning of his great story.
Having represented Fiji on the world stage, Eloni had a professional career in both France & Australia. The now father of 4 is the most imposing figure to grace the ninja warrior stage & I look forward to seeing what life has install for this great man.
A truly decent human being, with a great story. Follow his IG @elonivunakece.
P.S There were 1 or 2 moments where we had some glitches in the audio connection so hang in there for those few seconds. Big love, Brad.

Fine Kula spent the early years of his life in South Auckland before being scouted by the Cronulla Sharks at the ripe age of 13.
Moving with his family to Sydney, Fine was in a new school, living a new life & playing to earn his spot at the Sharks. After winning the Harold Matthews under 16's & Toyota Cup under 20's premiership with Cronulla, Fine found himself training amongst the NRL squad.
With 2019 coming to a close, so was the first half of pre-season. Heading into the Christmas/New Year break Fine was experiencing headaches that would last days on end. Seeking doctors advice he was told that he was most likely suffering bad migraines & was sent home. Coming back to finish the pre-season in 2020 a day after his 21st birthday, Fine looked for a second opinion from the Cronulla Sharks doctor who sent him to hospital from training that day to get an MRI scan.
Within days Fine alongside his partner & family were sat in front of doctors who would give him the unfortunate news he never expected. Diagnosed with Sonic Hedgehog Medulloblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer, Fine's life changed in a matter of moments.
Thrust into treatment immediately whilst trying to comprehend the magnitude of the situation, at first he was upset by the thought that this may be the end of his footy career but quickly he was motivated to get through this to ensure he can spend many years to come watching his niece & nephews grow up & spending precious time with the people he loves.
Maintaining a focused approach on coming through his treatment & getting healthy again, let's get behind Fine & ensure he is surrounded by positive energy as he faces this challenge. He & his family have been overwhelmed by the support of the community & are grateful for all the well wishes & motivating messages.

Ky Taylor is the host of 'NO REGRETS'. A podcast he runs from his home town of Ballarat.
Ky came across my podcast after listening & was intrigued by my story.
We spoke of my life journey thus far & my daily fight to ensure I stay on top of my life threatening illness 'cystic fibrosis'. This chat is a more detailed version of what I have briefly discussed in both episode 004 & 027 of my podcast.
It was a pleasure to be a guest on Ky's podcast & would love if you could support him the way you do with my show.

Warren Keelan is one of the most highly respected ocean photographers in the current age.
Having always been passionate about the ocean, the avid surfer & fisherman soon found himself dabbling with a lens & couldn't seem to put it down.
We spoke of the beauty that the ocean & its inhabitants have to offer, the power of mother nature & how Warren translates these moments into life lessons.
From photographing great white sharks, to experiencing the power of a whales song, Warren & his wife Michelle substituted material things to live for the moments of beauty this world has to offer.
An incredible human being with powerful experiences to share, I hope you all enjoy this episode as much as I did.

Kirra Jones is from Wollongong Australia.
The former Australian Netball player was scouted by a modelling agency at the age of just 14.
By 15/16 years old she was in Germany experiencing her first fashion week & thrust into the life of daily castings, cat walks & the ever growing pressure to take the perfect photo.
Now 22 Kirra has settled into her life in London Town. Focussing on commercial modelling gigs & creating a more steady life without the demand of constant travel & the sleepless weeks that come hand in hand with Paris fashion week (& the many others).
We had some amazing laughs, shared some great stories & reflected on how life has changed since leaving school all those years ago.
However, one thing hasn't changed. The girl I became great friends with in high school is still the same down to earth Aussie she always was & you have got to love that.
There may have even been a mention of meeting Leonardo Dicaprio, but you will have to listen to hear about that...

Hope you enjoy the episode <3

Religion can be such a taboo topic.
As a society we have built barriers & walls around the topics that make us uncomfortable or make us question the comforts of our every day lives.
Caleb Hanzy & I met many years ago through our younger years in school.
Both educated at a Christian school, faith was always present. However, my family & I were never involved in church or consistent religious practice while for Caleb & his family it was quite different.
I became great friends with he & his family throughout my schooling years & even more so with Caleb in the year past.
One thing I always admired was not just his family's faith in Christianity, led by parents Scott & Rachel but they way the share their message. A true example of the good old saying 'actions speak louder than words' I have so much respect for the Hanzy family & the way they lead their lives.
Whilst always involved in church, Caleb is now a minister at his family's church (Awaken Church).
This episode we discussed many things. I touched on my personal beliefs which i've not really shared with too many others & felt comfortable to host with little bias towards the topic.
I hope this is an enjoyable listen for many of you & that if you feel compelled to reach out to Caleb, you can do so via instagram @calebhanz
As you will hear in many occasions throughout the episode this isn't about forcing you into a way of life or belief. It's about making you feel comfortable having that conversation if you ever choose to do so.
Big Love, Brad.

Many of you know why I quit my job in the real estate industry, however, I've had a lot of requests to go into detail & share the story a little more.
The catalyst was not only passion for this podcast but rather the 2 weeks spent in a hospital in September/October 2019.
Those realisations in late 2019 had me write down 4 words on a notepad at the beginning of this year (2020). Health, Happiness, Family & Authenticity. Those 4 words led to a huge change in my life & I'm loving every minute of it!
