Jonathon ‘JMo’ Moran is the Hollywood guru or the a-list whisperer as I like to call him. He is the chief entertainment writer at the Daily Telegraph & he hosts his own podcast alongside his own Nova radio show ‘confidential’.
He has built an incredible career sharing conversation with some of the world’s biggest stars. However, if I was asked “who is JMo” my answer wouldn’t tell the tale of his work nor would it address his connections in the world of entertainment. My answer would share an insight into the man that opened up to me in this conversation.
Facing his fair share of challenges in his younger years it has made him the man he is today. Proud of who he is, what he stands for & speaking out about it in the hope his story will positively affect just another individual who feels a little lost in this world.
An amazing chat that covered all corners of the life JMo leads & I’m sure you will all enjoy listening as much I enjoyed hosting it.
Follow Jonathon @jmoconfidential on IG, JMo Confidential on your podcast platform of choice & through his work with the Daily Telegraph.

When I think about my good mate Ryan Fisher one statement comes to mind. “Nothing is impossible”.
Three words I’ve heard him speak on so many occasions. The three words that in essence sum up what he has been able to achieve throughout each moment in his exceptional life thus far.
We met at WHITEFOX real estate in Melbourne. By this time, Fish as he’s known by many was already considered a phenomenon within the real estate industry. Yet this wasn’t the ending nor even close to the beginning of a good story. There are multiple stepping stones that paved the way to each success. With each stone laid another lesson is learnt & ultimately it all leads back to his childhood love… football.
Cast forward to the present day (late November 2020) & he is sitting in the headquarters of his international football agency ‘Total Football Group’. His smile as big as I’ve ever seen it. His purpose aligned with his daily hustle. It is a sight that bring a smile to my face as his friend & I cannot wait to follow his journey as he navigates the world of international football.
Follow Ryan on IG @_ryanjohnfisher & head to his website www.totalfootballgroup.co.uk/to see all the amazing work he is doing.

Sophie Grace Holmes is a beacon of light & a symbol of hope in the cystic fibrosis community.
The 29 year old is well known across social media as the energetic fitness figure that's challenging the world of ultra endurance events with a big smile on her face. It's hard to believe she has ever had cystic fibrosis let alone be challenged by it. Yet like all CF patients she has faced her fair share of mountains to climb.
Her mindset is what keeps her in such good health. Believing that CF will never hold her back, she is on a mission to prove that you too can walk the same path that she has.
In the past 6 weeks, Sophie has been recording her progress on the 'miracle drug' known as Trikafta or Kaftrio in the UK. A drug that is the closest thing we've seen to a cure in the CF space, it has its fair share of side effects & is only a possibility for 90% of CF patients with a specific genotype.
How has she found it? Well she can't help but get emotional when she says it is changing her life. Explaining, she never fully understood how much CF held her back until she felt what it was like to breathe on clear lungs.
An amazing woman, with an incredible story to share. You can follow her on all channels @sophiegraceholmes

Marina Passalaris Is The Founder & CEO Of Beautiful Minds.
Whilst working for a modelling agency, Marina found that the talent they were acquiring suffered with poor mental health & numerous eating disorders. They were predominately young women & while the heads/owners of that agency didn't care for their health of their talent, Marina did.
That is where the idea began & a business was born. With time it evolved & grew into something extremely spectacular.
An amazing story of a successful business woman who has built an organisation through her passion to positively change lives.

On the 3rd of March 2021 Corey Phillpot will attempt to break the world record for 'the worlds strongest marathon'. To do so, he will be required to pull a 1.5 tonne car for the full 42.2kms.
The record was first held by the famous Ross Edgley & was since broken by Justin True. However, Corey made it clear he wants to blow them out of the park.
You may wonder, for someone to be tackling a challenge like this at the ripe age of 23, they must have been training their whole life. Well the early years of Corey's life were very active. Thats until he was swept up into the party & illicit drug scene. Quickly finding himself lost without purpose & severely overweight.
This is a real underdog story. A man who knew he needed to change & become a beast in the process.
Listen in, I'm sure you will love what you hear!

In 2012, Martinus Evans' doctor called him fat & laughed in his face when Martinus claimed he would run a marathon.
For some, that would be humiliating enough to give up before you had even begun. For Martinus, it just fuelled a fire that has been burning ever since.
Having now run over 100 races around the world he has well & truly proven that doctor wrong. However, more importantly he has inspired so many. Creating the 'Slow AF Run Club' to encourage back of the pack runners to keep going, Martinus has linked up with Adidas amongst other great brands & built a brand from doing what he loves.

In this episode you will be hearing me as a guest of 'The Hustle & Flow Podcast' hosted by Leslie Lau & Shaun Cooper.
In one of my earlier episodes I referred to life like a game of poker saying "You are dealt a hand to play with & it's out of your control. If you choose to fold early & throw in your chips your game is finished. But, if you choose to hold on, keep the faith & wait for the river, your life might just get a whole lot richer". Les & Shaun used this piece as the framework of the episode as we dived in deep on a chat that I really enjoyed & I hope you do too!

(taken from their website livin.org)
Sam is not only the founder but he is a huge part of the operations that continue to grow Livin & spread their message.
He now finds himself livin in the bright lights of West Hollywood, Los Angeles. Sam isn't shy to admit they still have a lot of work to do in our home country of Australia but is excited to take the amazing work that Livin is doing into the US.
In this episode we covered the origin story of Livin, Sam's personal approach to health & well being & how his time as a contestant on the Aussie reality series 'Survivor' taught him the power of vulnerability & trust in tackling tough conversations surrounding mental health.
I credit Sam for the human being he is. A big heart, an infectious personality & a drive to positively impact others. He's the type of guy you want to be following & learning from. I look forward to watching his growth & the journey moving forward.
Whether you need support or wish to be apart of the positive movement, you can head to livin.org to find all they are doing in our communities & check out Sam's podcast 'It Ain't Weak to Speak with Sam Webb'.
