I recently watched a documentary by Steven Greer called "Close encounters of the fifth kind" and woowwweeeeee my mind was blown.

The entire time my body was vibrating, my hair was standing on end, goosebumps everywhere and I just had such a strong urge to share the experience and film with all of you.

It.Is.Powerful.

It's "out there" as a lot of people would say but it honestly really made so much sense to me that a higher state of consciousness is the cure for humanity, and the world.

If more people can connect to that, can access that state of consciousness the world can and will change for the better.

I have always known this but I had never considered that ET or using mediation to connect with other beings to be a part of that. 

Now I see clearly that OF COURSE it is.

The sooner the world wakes up to this the sooner us and the generations to come have a better world to live in.

What do I want my listeners to know?

I want them to know that I will always show up and speak what I believe to be true... 

Ive grown more passionate about this through the current events of the world and what I have realized recently that I haven't shared with you WHY that is.

Ive committed to sharing my authentic self with you and I'm tired of others thinking that they know me and why I am how I am when they really have no clue. 

I'm also ready to let my listeners get to know me better. 

All of them.

Being vulnerable is scary sometimes is let me warn you there is some raw emotion in this episode... but I promised myself I would publish and listen too the pull inside of me that helped me find my words when I sat down and hit record.

I knew 2020 was going to be huge, as did so many others but I don't think anyone could've predicted it to be huge in the ways that it's turning out to be.

I'm witnessing the wrong trends on social media in regards to this, im seeing a lot of boredom. People joking about coming out of quarantine fat, and having "finished Netflix"...

Thats one way to spend a quarantine but I guarantee you'll regret it when you go back to work without having accomplished some big things for yourself!

Sometimes it's hard to ignore the "noise" that's surrounding us everywhere we go in society.

When you see noise (negativity, drama, lying, victimization etc) it's always an opportunity for you to CHOOSE not to engage, therefore keeping you aligned with your higher and best self. 

If you CHOOSE to engage then you are creating resistance in your life and pulling yourself out of alignment. 

YOU are doing this to YOURSELF.

No one else is forcing you to spend time and energy getting sucked into the noise.

You are choosing to keep yourself distracted from the things you should be doing, and it's probably some form of self sabotage, or a clear sign of something that needs to be healed within yourself.

The bottom line is, if you want to achieve great things you need to stay aligned, which means you need to remove resistance from your life.

In this episode I am sharing about this, how I manage this, and some key tips to remain high vibe and aligned in your life regardless of the noise that is taking place around you tempting you to take part.
