The Paralympics couldn't come at a better time with millions of Aussie still in lockdown and looking for ways to find a little light in life.

This year our Paralympic team is stronger than ever despite having to navigate a trip to Japan where COVID-19 is on the rise again and the delay of these games for an extra year due to the pandemic.

The Quicky speaks to the Australian Paralympic Chef de Mission Kate McLoughlin to find out who to look out for, whose likely to being home gold and who has made it to Tokyo despite the hurdles put in front of them.
