Abi is a London based content creator whose advocacy for addiction and mental health recovery has brought hope to many. After ten years of travelling the world and living out of a backpack, Abi found herself slipping deeper into drug and alcohol addiction, her mental health at an all time low. The pandemic forced her to move back home to the UK where she finally looked inward and decided to clean up and begin the journey of recovery. Abi has been clean and sober since April 2020, and now creates content detailing the highs and lows of sobriety, recovery and self-discovery.
