We all face dips in our mental health, in our belief in ourselves, and our capacity to just "deal" with life.
How can you face those dips with both acceptance but not despair?
And what do you do when those dips line up with a major transition you're taking on, and it's hard to see around the insecurity you feel?
Today's special bonus episode is an edited coaching call I did with a client named Wendy.
Wendy is facing a dip as she works to start a new career and feeling neck-deep in alllll the disqualifiers that are coming up for her.
"I'm too old." "I don't know the technology." "I should have started years ago."
You'll hear us talk about how to handle those dips, ways to remove yourself from the shield of perfectionism, and how to counteract the disqualifers with qualifiers.
Whether you're like Wendy and facing a dip in your mental health or are starting a new phase--a new job, a new relationship, a new season--this episode will help you learn how to NOT WAIT and raise your hand to qualify yourself.

Have you ever felt like it was too late? Too late for your goals, traditions, or habits? Or, maybe you feel it’s too late to create better relationships?
Instead of being stuck in these feelings, I want to teach you how to start where you are, even when you think it’s too late!
In this episode, I share my own experiences of feeling like it was “too late” for me to start certain things. (Don’t worry, I definitely understand this feeling!)
I then outline three ways you may be disqualifying yourself from starting over and cover mindset shifts you can embrace to move from feeling “it’s too late” to starting what you want.
If you’ve ever found yourself saying, “It’s too late,” then this episode is for you. Join me to let go of regrets to create more for your life!

There’s so much advice out there on how to build the “perfect” routine, not to mention so many good routines to consider. Many women find themselves paralyzed, not even knowing where to start.
Do you ever feel overwhelmed when you try to create routines, too?
In this week’s episode, I invited my friend and routine expert, Ashley Brown, to discuss how you can get started with some simple, yet solid routines. We tap down on your overwhelm and provide 3 routines for you to consider—with options!
Even though they’re “simple,” each of these routines has the potential to make a big difference for most people!
We know the next “routine battle” awaits after you choose where to start. That’s why Ashley and I also discuss some of the main hurdles you’re likely to find in your way as you start these routines.
Instead of feeling overwhelmed to start your routines, follow this expert’s practical advice and get some momentum going—starting today!

Do you love the idea of creating your own Do Something List (DSL), but get stuck somewhere in the process of making your own?
You're not alone!
A recent survey I did on Instagram showed that the high majority of our community who want a DSL stop before they even start. (And the rest find themselves stuck on the brainstorm step.)
Today, you'll hear a coaching call I did with a Progressor named Holly. I walk her through creating her own DSL from start to finish. As you listen, you'll see what this process can be like for you.
Join in with Holly and create THE list that will help you find YOU this year!

*DON'T MISS OUT ON MY HABIT CHALLENGE*
Today's episode is my personal, very short, very top of mind thoughts, on how to sort through some overwhelming messaging that I know we are all seeing right now. With the start of the new year we face a lot of external pressures, a lot of 'shoulds' trying to dictate how we need to live our lives.
In this Growth Spurt I want to give you the permission to find clarity for yourself, and make sure you know that you get to decide what works best for you this year. When it comes to habits, goals, ways to rest, whatever it is, you are in charge. I hope when you tune in to this bite sized episode you get the confirmation you need to live intuitively - and look forward to discussing that further in the future!

New Year, New You, right?
But, what if in the middle of all the goals and resolutions, you have no idea where to start to find “YOU?”
Before I was ready to get back into list-making, 6 years ago I needed a path to explore who I was. The Do Something List (DSL) began as a way for me to discover and uncover “ME” outside of the all-or-nothing model.
I haven’t seen anything like it talked about anywhere else. It changed me, and it can change you.
Join me in this episode to hear my best tips AND listen to other Progressors who have benefitted from the DSL, too.
This year, you can create a new kind of list: a list that will help YOU progress by doing something to discover and uncover “you.”
