Hi Community!
In this weeks episode we're being honest with ourselves and acknowledging the part we've played in the demise of relationships previously shared with others. And embrace that some relationships are seasonal, which is perfectly okay.
Being honest and reflective allows for an opportunity to identify certain patterns and the traumas they are rooted in and then work on them. A failure to acknowledge the part you have played in a relationship reaching a certain state and then ending will have you repeating the same mistakes in new relationships. Which is not something we want at all.
So be committed to working on yourself so that who you expose others to is a version of you that is intentional and is always looking to do better.
