My guest today is Claire Baker, a period coach - yep, thats a thing! Claire teaches women how to live in sync with their menstrual cycle. In this episode she walks us through the "seasons" of your cycle - just like we have four different seasons in the year, our cycles experience four distinct cycles - some weeks we have all the energy, feel confident and clear, other weeks we feel introverted, low energy and need to rest. Claire shows us a simple way to predict how you'll be feeling at any point, and encourages us to honour the stage we're in.
