Let's be real for a moment. Society has bombarded us with messages about what we should and shouldn't eat. We've been led to believe that certain foods are "good" while others are "bad." But here's the thing—food shouldn't be a source of guilt or shame. It's time to challenge those beliefs and “decharm” the foods you’re afraid to keep in the house.

 

We’re going to dive headfirst into practical strategies to reframe your perceptions of binge foods so you can break out of the restrict-binge cycle for good. Together, we'll unpack 3 different strategies for “decharming” your binge foods so that you can keep them in the house without any stress (and even forget they’re there). 

 

I want you to feel empowered, armed with knowledge and practical tools to foster a harmonious relationship with food. Wouldn’t it be amazing to have some ice cream when it sounds good without devouring the entire container? And wouldn’t it be great to eat a handful of chips with lunch and not dive headfirst into the bag later that afternoon? You CAN keep these foods in the house without going overboard, I promise.
