(3:00) He has been in the remediation business for over ten years, including fire and mold. Vinnie has a question regarding radon gas: Is it a real thing? (6:00) Radon gas is the number one cause of lung cancer in non-smokers. (9:00) Vinnie asked about outdoor air quality and fire remediation issues. (12:30) The recent fires in Southern California, in Altadena and Pacific Palisades, are challenging. The amount of toxins in the air and soil is dangerous and may not be fully removed, at least not easily. The fight with insurance companies to get proper remediation and rebuilding is a long, frustrating process. Mike shares some of the other services Jaspr will do for their customers.
