On this week’s podcast episode of Perspective Shift, Frank Daly and Mike Kitlas discuss the topic of control. This topic of what we do and do not have control over has been debated many times by many different people because there is no single answer. We both do and do not have control over what occurs in our lives. We do have control over our perception, which allows us to shift our viewpoint and see different situations in different ways. We do not have control over every little thing that occurs in our lives, though. Finding the balance between knowing the direction in which you are headed while remaining in the present moment is key to allowing life to flow.
