Amy and T.J.

No surprise, but Trinity and Bryce are the Season 8 winners of 'Love Island.' The season finale didn't offer a lot of drama or mystery, but it did offer a satisfying conclusion to an eventful season of the hit Peacock show. Though, our guest host today took issue with a couple things, especially Aniya and Carl's fairytale book!

A frightening story and a cautionary tale for air travelers, after a 61-year-old man on a flight from Greece to Germany was partially sucked out of an airplane window. His wife and fellow passengers held onto his legs, and eventually pulled him back inside the plane. He is now recovering in the hospital with head and neck injuries and friction burns. Witness accounts from inside the cabin are harrowing and many believe the man is alive today because he was wearing his seatbelt when the window dislodged from the plane. This isn’t the first time an incident like this occurred, back in 2018, a woman was killed in eerily similar circumstances, on the same type of plane, a Boeing 737, headed from New York to Dallas.

There are several concerning and conflicting accounts about how a black, 18-year-old elite athlete who knew how to swim, wound up dead after attending a Fourth of July party surrounded by hundreds of partygoers. Nolan Wells family is demanding answers and awaiting results from independent autopsy, as new questions emerge in this case. Perhaps the most glaring: why would any teenager leave their phone, and their friends, to stay on a remote island with no way to communicate with anyone? We go over the latest developments and contradictory statements from witnesses who have an entire community asking for transparency.

The sixth film in the notoriously dark and gory franchise is the most intense, grisly and gory one yet. We weren’t sure the movie could live up to all the hype, but it certainly did, and even surpassed our expectations. However, speaking of expectations, the film has not lived up to what producers were hoping, falling far short in its opening weekend. Perhaps, it’s just too scary, too violent and too much for most movie-goers… don’t judge us for highly recommending this flick to people with iron stomachs.

Her posts are getting millions and millions of views with comments ranging from real concern and warnings to snarky future casting of her impending demise.

As we learn more about the latest Iranian assassination threats against President Trump’s life, Trump himself laid out what amounts to a “dead man’s switch” on his social media. Trump claims he’s given orders to the U.S. military to destroy Iran at levels they’ve never seen before in case he is assassinated. The President even told reporters this week in Turkey that perhaps his luck in staying alive won’t last much longer. However, the 25th amendment makes it very clear, what would happen if Trump were, in fact, assassinated: only Vice President J.D. Vance would have authority to make decisions about retaliation.

Have you ever heard of Nihilistic Violent Extremist groups, or NVEs? Well, the FBI wants to make sure you are up to speed on several online groups in this country actively targeting and recruiting your young kids to commit acts of violence towards others and themselves. The warning issued to parents this week reads like a horror movie, with the conviction of a 19-year-old who is just one of dozens of mostly young men who are obsessed with violence and mass killings. The feds say their targets are often underage females, and kids who are struggling with depression, and encourage them through grooming tactics and coercion to harm themselves, even kill themselves on livestreams and videos.
