He spent years going deeper and deeper into debt while building a multi-clinic PT company, never really looking for a way to get profitable. Nonetheless, once Travis got in the right mindset and developed a vision for what he wanted to achieve with his company, he has since been profitable and has the stability and freedom he couldn’t envision before. The owner’s #1 job – create and hold the vision for the rest of the team to look to. Once you get their buy-in, you’ll have all hands on deck to see that your vision comes to fruition, but a clear and compelling vision has be there first because no one else is going to create it for you.
