Round and round we go where the programming goes no one know! What a whirlwind weekend of workouts this Regionals was... "Hero" Friday... "WTF" Saturday... "Classic CrossFit" Sunday. This year utilized the NEW scoring system for Regionals and ended with incredible races in the final event all over the world.
