Round and round we go where the programming goes no one know! What a whirlwind weekend of workouts this Regionals was... "Hero" Friday... "WTF" Saturday... "Classic CrossFit" Sunday. This year utilized the NEW scoring system for Regionals and ended with incredible races in the final event all over the world.  Bill and Chase sit down and analyze to programming to see where this year ranked versus in it's 5th year of standardized programming.
