Many of us hold regrets about things we did and didn’t do in 2019.  However, regret is nothing more than a made-up story that we tell ourselves about how choices we didn’t make “would have been better.”  The truth is that we can never truly know the outcome of a choice we didn’t make.  All we can ever know is here we are in this moment with the hope and possibility that we can have the lives we want from this day forward. 2020 can be a new beginning filled with new possibilities!
